Adcover Shortfall

<p>on the 23rd of december 2016 I took up shortfall insurance with Regent for my Audi A3T FSI SE STRONIC 2016 model value at R435000, unfortunately I was invole in accindent in March 2017, my insurance paid but i have 123000 shortfall, which my finance house claim after the insurance paid, after a week Regent came back and say they cant pay the shortfall because when they do the calculation came back with a negative value after they removed all that they supposed to remove, which I dont understand. if they cant pay shortfall what type kof a cover did I have with them, I thought I taking a adcover with then incase my main insurance dont pay the whole amount. in which it happened that i have a shortfall, now regent they dont want to pay the shortfall that I was covered for</p>
