Account debited without agreement or consent

This company debited my mother's account without her consent. She is a retired individual and wouldn't have taken any policy with them! WE have spent a lot of money trying to call them but keep being transferred from one number to the other without explanation. They have the worse customer service, their staff not trained at all. How do we get this resolved? This is ***** and they have deducted a lot of money. It is daylight robery! Need somoene to help cancel this thing and pay back the money debited...
