ACCIDENT ON 01/05/2015 KWS CARRIES

Hereby wish to complaint for a bad service received from Regent Insurance, After their clients driver hit a red robot and plunged into my vehicle damaging it completely ended up being written off. To my biggest surprise they requested for 2 quotations, vehicle ******* and road worthy documents which I submitted, if took them +- 41 days to finalize this claim, surprisingly enough the only offered R22 709.14 for me to fix my BMW 1201 which I don't know how and where can I fix it, further they ripped R18 980.61 which they put as Less old damage, R16 220.82 Less salvage which are requested breakdown and supported documents for both those deductions. This accident happened in KZN and I am from Western Cape so no alternative storage I have in KZN and I am also liable to pay R12 600.00 for storage fees which they not paying a cent.<br> <br> Pity I have no lawyer representative to fight this case because real this insurance is total unfair.
