<p>My uncle had a vehicle insurance policy with Regent and this company has refused to pay his claim after he was involved in an accident almost a year ago. The reasons for non payment are neither here nore there. They returned the accident damaged vehicle in a condition that was worse than what it was at the scene of the accident. The interior of the vehicle had been stripped and the windscreen cracked.After numerious emails between my uncle and the company. The company sent an email tha has statements that Regent claims were made by my uncle and family members which are not true. My uncle has continued to send emails to them with no luck and the responses he gets are just insufficient. Regent is the ****iest insurance company ever. Would never ever recommend it to anyone</p> <p> </p>
