The Finance department when you request a statement they take time to respond to my email and I have since sent an application for bursary in February 2025, to this date I have not received an answer from Regenesys. I pay for my own studies and get worried that come graduation time I will not be graduating due to not paying my fees. On the Administration side I don’t have anything to complain about as the service is excellent there hence I gave 4 stars.
