Request for Invoice Ignored

I registered for the Artificial Intelligence Certification Program in 2025 and requested for an invoice for my firm to pay. To date I have sent 4 emails and WhatsApp messages and still have not received a response. Today I called and one lady told me to hold on, the next thing the call was cut and not assisted. I have called the contact center several times to no avail
