The sales team and admin team are a *******. I was given a quote and paid in full cash, the admin team are blocking my access claiming i have an outstanding amount regardless of the evidence ive sent more than once of the conversation between myself and the sales agent. They acknowledge that the evidence is clear and i paid what i was quoted and told to pay but i have an exam tomorrow and they've blocked my access. How am i supposed to study?
