Desperate student needing my money back

Not pleased with the service I have received from my advisor I have multiple times reached out and upto now I have not been placed even after I have paid some funds to secure my seat in im class and this was in November 2025 already. I have since requested to cancel the whole process but now its a problem to cancel and refund my money back when you call the school there is no one you speak to. All I want now is my money back
