Bad service and school interested on money only

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Institution

My experience with Regenesys Education has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My sister is currently studying there, and I have been responsible for paying her tuition fees. Although there is a small outstanding balance from the previous semester and part of the current semester, we have consistently made payments and have never ignored our financial obligations.

Despite this, Regenesys chose to block her from continuing her studies and academically exclude her, seemingly with little consideration for her academic progress or the fact that payments have been ongoing. It feels as though the institution is far more concerned with collecting money than supporting students and helping them succeed.

What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and support. An assignment was due on Friday, and I emailed and called multiple times seeking assistance and clarification. Unfortunately, I received no meaningful help, no urgency, and no willingness to find a practical solution. As a result, my sister remains academically excluded.

The administration, support staff, and student services departments appear completely disconnected and uninterested in addressing genuine student concerns. Responses are slow, accountability is lacking, and students are left to deal with the consequences on their own. An educational institution should support learning, guide students through challenges, and communicate effectively. Instead, our experience has been one of poor administration, inadequate support, and an overwhelming focus on fees above all else.

I would strongly advise prospective students and parents to thoroughly investigate all available options before committing to this institution. Based on our experience, Regenesys has been disorganised, unsupportive, and deeply disappointing.

And this is her last semester she should be graduating next year 😡😨 and all semesters paid and this one partially since I will completely pay the full semester November but no!!!! Incompetence
