Taking advantage of people

<p>I sent in a Acer projector for repair (as Acer outsources to Regenersis), but I knew it was the DMD chip that was an issue. The faulty chip was still under warranty, but i was still requested to pay an assessment fee and was told it would be refunded. I then received a bill for R6000 (which is greater than what I bought the projector for) for the DMD chip still under warranty. Luckily I am in IT and Tech savyy, after a few mails it was sorted, however, after weeks I still haven't received my assessment fee refund. I am assuming they take advantage of a lot of people. Would not recomment to anyone.</p>
