When doing s24 trade in you are advised you will get R10 000 trade in assist. Than issue after issue, jump through hoop after hoop. Month wait for supposed payment date, The day before they move payment date again. They blame samsung, Samsung blames them. Who is held accountable? At this point I want my payment back samsung can return my trade in device and take there s24 back. I'm deeply disappointed and hope they know how much damage this is doing to the samsung brand name, don't run promotions you don't plan to honor. I now feel this is a case of theft as you took a device from me without payment and I will be handling it as such moving forward.
