****! THEY WONT LET YOU LOG YOUR TRADE IN! IMEIS NOT LOADED

****ARTISTS! They refuse to activate IMEIs on their system, you buy a phone from Samsung the **** artists who advertised you can trade in with Regener8 and get R10000 cashback. But then when you go to log your trade in surprise the IMEI does not exist. I’ve been on multiple forums where everyone is describing the same! There are people who purchased multiple phones and are needing to log their trade ins and get their money back however we all email regener8 to assist with the trade in as you cannot log it and they just send a lousy generic mail saying they received your complaint and wait 3-5 business days for a response. You wait and the 3-5 business days go on without any resolution and then follow up again and they tell you once again wait 3-5 business days. On and on it goes and now it’s 2 weeks later and we are still sitting with expensive phones we purchased because of the trade in advertised and without R10000 or any promise or indication of when we can actually log the trade ins to get our money back for the phones we give them, as advertised! Absolute thievery!

Thats not the worst of it, if they find even one excuse even with a legitimate pop from Samsung store or a network store with the correct details they will simply cancel your trade in and return the phone, to quickly ***** the IMEI so they can syphon the R10000 with their endless stock on hand of eligible trade in phones. Imagine the amount of cash being ****** this way? No wonder they have this attitude of arrogance! Waste of peoples time and hard earned money!
