Samsung trade-in

The same as all the other reviews. Traded in my device and when the payment was due, I received an email stating the payment was delayed due to Samsung not paying them and now I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for my money. It's already been a month since my device was collected.

They also never respond to emails or answer the phone.

I'll never do another trade-in if this company is involved.
