Incredible service, incredible speed and fantastic communication.

I have traded in 2 Samsung phones through the Regener8 Group. Even though Telkom RUINED MY LIFE on the second trade in, my interaction with Regener8 has been absolutely amazing. I have never experienced such fast and friendly service. They contacted me immediately after lodging my claim. They then arranged a courier within 30 minutes of receiving this information (both times) - and BOTH times they asked me when it would suit me for the courier to come. On the second trade in the courier actually came the same day. Absolutely amazing service. I wish I could deal with this company every day - just to experience incredible service like this. They are just remarkable. I wish I could give more stars
