Failed Trade In No Response

I purchased an S23 Ultra with the intention to trade in my old phone as part of the Samsung promotion.

On trying to trade in my old phone via the Regener8 website, it gives me an error.

I've logged the issue with Regener8 on the 29th of March 2023 but they have not received a response till today the 12th of April 2023.
