Bought Z Flip 5 cash expecting the Trade in for my old S21.

Get invalid IMEI error on the site. Contacted Samsung who checked over the phone and all was good. Contacted Regener8 who said they would investigate and come back 2 to 5 working days later... We're on 7 working days no response, I returned the Z Flip 5... Don't waste your time
