Be prepared for lies, excuses, delays and NO support

Traded in my phone as part of the Samsung promotion. Regener8 received my phone on 15 Nov. I had spoken to them prior to buying the Samsung phone and they said all trade-in are processed within 5 to 7 days after trade-in. Took them 18 working days instead. In between I tried calling but they could not commit to doing it and Samsung was useless at helping and told me what Regener8 told me. They put no pressure on Regener8 even though they are an outsourced provider.

I then got an email saying I will receive payment by the 13th Dec.. Instead on the 12 Dec I get another email saying payment for my tradein is delayed as Samsung has not paid them yet and will take 7 to 10 working days. Guess what 11 working days have passed and no payment. So effectively a month and a half after trade-in and I'm still waiting.

Don't buy Samsung or use they trade in service. Customer support is useless and no-one actually cares.
