Regency for Expats - BE WARNED

Steer well clear of this outfit. It has a glossy sounding name, but an abominable service. I cannot give zero stars, so I had to give it one. But believe me, not even that one star is deserved. I paid a four-digit USD amount for my annual coverage, only to have two claims in sequence declined for payment. You will not be adequately covered with this policy. It is as useless as **** on a hog. Any money you wire them to cover your policy may just as well be flushed down the toilet. You'll be better off saving it, and then either pay for your treatment out of your own pocket (which is what I had to do) or spend it on an insurer that actually deserves the title "insurer". I was **********, don't let the same happen to you. Heed my warning.
