Great sales team, terrible medical response team

Unfortunately, I have to concur with the other reviewer below. Regency for Expats is just a fantastically efficient sales team, with an extremely below-average medical response team. I fell for the ****. It is always for an insurer to say no or resists, but you think they would do that with some authority. The reviews into my case came after they said no. And recommended treatments that my grandmother could have come up with that wouldn't work. Regency is a business based out of Nevis- a small Caribbean island and if you think you are going to get regulated medical insurance, think again. Better spend the extra for proper health insurance.
