Non payment for X2 projects completed in 2016 November

I have completed X2 projects for Regcom's in Silverton as I was subcontracting for them. I used my own money for the required materials needed to complete the work for both projects given to me, as well as my own fuel for two whole months. I also had to pay my guys out of my own pocket & that was money I also had to loan, so I could pay everyone of them & my other debts for extra material costs. It's been a year already and these people have still not payed me for the work we did. Fibre optic installations is a huge job & is this what Telkom & all the other fibre optic companies are doing to us non whites.
