Poor Service and Bad Attitude Regans Auto Ballito

Whilst holidaying in Ballito our clutch packed up on our Peugeot 206.<br> I took my car in for a quote at Regans Auto . We settled on R4200.00 to replace the clutch and repair an oil leak (a pre-existing fault that he said caused the clutch to fail) using aftermarket seals to try and keep costs down.<br> They promised to have it ready on Wednesday , then Thursday morning. When collecting on Thursday afternoon the suspension was very noisy . Took it back twice - after many arguments, finally this was repaired, but not the oil leaks. I collected original seals from the agents to be fitted as I was informed that the leak was due to the aftermarket seals. To date the vehicle is still leaking oil worse than before.<br> Upon limping home to JHB,and using 3 pints of oil in the process, I contacted Regan to be told arrogantly that I should bring it back to Ballito. A round trip of 1200kms was not an option even if I trusted him to fix the car. Furthermore he has refused to even discuss this matter saying he is busy and hung up.<br> I found Regan and his team to be ********* and ********* ,and i would never recommend his services.<br> The full story can be emailed .
