Terrible Service

Good Day I wish to bring to your attention the following: I wish to purchase a few products from your shop but the number of questions I've been getting you'd think I'm buying top-secret products. Firstly I was told I have to be a business before I can purchase anything from regal and I have to fill in the form, which I did and sent back. Then I get told you need my Cipro document which I explained that we a sole - proprietor company and we don't have a Cipro document as we'll be paying cash. Now I was told unfortunately I cant purchase by Regal unless I have a Cipro document. So what you basically telling me is " Mr Slabbert we don't want your business go take your business elsewhere thank you very much" Well if that is it, then I'll do so. But I won't be going without letting the rest of the country know that Regal doesn't want to give any more business to clients. People keep saying "support your local business" well we do but then they chasing us away.
