Regal Security worse company to deal with ever

We book our speed face devices for a service on the 17 October 2023, my rep has been speaking to a guy called Wimpie and Gino but with no help. We ended up communication direct with the supplier which they assured us that the devices are ready for collection on the 02 Nov 2023, when we made a follow up with regal we are still getting a run around. I am so mad by their service, its beyond the word worse.
