PAID FOR A JOB - NOBODY PITCHED TO DO THE WORK

About a month ago I phoned Regal Security to come and have a look at my Gate Indoor Handset as it was not working. Edwin, who is one of their technicians, came to see me for a quotation. The next day, after receiving the quotation, I paid 75% of the job in cash. Needles to say, he never pitched. After numerous calls and countless affords, I still have no joy.
