Ive seen bad service before but this outweight the statement !

I needed remotes urgently and called Teboho @ Xavier Branch for a quotation. Once received we paid EFT. We called to collect but were advised we could not as they close @ 4PM and no one is prepared to wait. It had to be shipped to Mookgopong so i found an alternative supplier. I called Xavier branch for a refund and they referred me to head office. I spoke to Agnes who advised Teboho will call me shortly to ask for the documents they needed. Teboho called me back and stated that she does not know why im making this an issue and getting her Head office to call her and that she will mail me. Mail never received. I called head office, Agnes were not available and i spoke to Jaco who requested the quotation, a letter stating reason for refund confirmation of banking details, proof of payment. I sent it immediately and Jaco advised payment runs are Tuesdays so payment will be processed 2 June 2020. I e-mailed Jaco this morning and he stated that payment runs are now the 8th June 2020 ?
