24 Volts battery not charging

This is the response that I got since 27 September 2022"Please can you provide us with more information, Invoice number, Product code etc for us to have a look in to it." Manager Victor Wentzel. I request a full refund from RegalSecurity and I am not satisfied with that battery and I managed to purchase a new battery elsewhere due to intermittent Load shedding. My car has been parked outside for too long and cannot take risks with my insurance any longer.
