OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE

Their first class doggy dentals are my dogs' BEST part of breakfast as I split a large doggy dental in half and give each of my furry children one half after breakfast daily....

I had been struggling to find stock on the shelves.... a week went by, another week went by and no stock on the shelves.... so I wrote to Regal to enquire what had happened as my pets were very unhappy with me breaking their routine and giving them raw hide to chew instead of their regular dentals

I was advised that stock would be reaching our s****s in 2 weeks time or I could order online.... So I thanked the responder for the prompt response and said I would wait

Next day I got an email and an offer of some complementary short dated stock that would expire in two months time... I accepted and literally a few days later, received this AWESOME hamper with DOUBLE the amount of bags I said I would take and all these amazing additional products including some doggy shampoo, a doggy bowl, a toy and more. Oh my word....

Talk about exceeding customer expectation, Regal Pet Health went way beyond and even delivery to my door free of charge.... I was literally in tears as I have NEVER experienced customer service at this level from ANY organization in my lifetime thus far and I am nearly 50 years old....

Regal have not forgotten what counts when it comes to excellence in service and it goes without saying that their doggy dentals are superior value for money and more than a cut above the rest as there are no nefarious ingredients in them like those that exist in so many other doggy dental chews on the market.

Well, it is safe to say that I WISH I were working for Regal..... they have integrity and they know how to take care of their loyalist customers.

THANK YOU REGAL, for totally blowing my mind.... My furry babies are SO chuffed and have told me to relay that they LOVE their new gifts :)
