unhappy costomer

<p>we were on a vacation with my family in durban regal inn with our kids and we got a complain that one of the kids had put bubble gum on the sheets firstly they had no write to ask the kids as the hotel was paid buy me and even worse i was told to wash the sheets as they were so cold damaged by my child what i want to no is i paid the hotle and i was tld to wash the sheets my self we asked them did you try to wash them first to see if the gum dsnt go out they said i should try i went to the</p> <p>room and i washed one it didnt even take me 2mins and it was off so i want to understant was the problem with my family or the kids i was treated so badly as if the sheets were linked or something in a hotle being told i was to wash the sheets and angry</p> <p> </p>
