Terrible experience and service

<p>I stayed at the Regal Inn in Umhlanaga from the 7th to the 9th of December. I stayed the night of the 7th and left on the 8th due to terrible noise from other guests till early hours of the morning. The hotel agreed to pay me back for the night of the 8th as i didnt stay at the hotel and book myself into another venue. The hotel keeps saying they will pay me back yet nothing has been done. This hotel really needs a wake up, terrible unforgetable experience.</p>
