They told me verbally and on their website that they are Samsung accredited. A downright lie. Spoke to Samsung and they are NOT a Samsung agent. Came to my house, worked on the fridge, wanted the money immediately and the fridge is not working any better at all. They basically go around, lie to you and ***** your money. They operate in Cape Town and that they are accredited by all major manufacturers but they lie. Stay away from them. They will just do more damage to your appliance.
