Dishwasher not repaired

Dishwasher was collected for repair, was returned, on return told him it was still making a noise, was informed to try for two days and if not fixed he will return. He was not sure of the correct motor to install. Gave him the correct model from the service manual. Dishwasher making a terrible noise and has not been repaired. I have paid for the repair. It has been over a week and several calls later. He has not returned to repair. Have asked for money to be returned or to repair to be done. Have had neither.
