Rude Manager!!

<p>I called in to sort out a problem with the manager named Samantha. One of the employees are refusing to pay for accomodation that they booked with me at a guesthouse I work for. They did not cancel the accomodation, instead just went to another guesthouse. There is a cancellation fee they need to pay. When I spoke to samantha she started screaming at me on the phone that they will not pay because her employee Karen said that she did not confirm the booking. (Without investigation) I have proof on email that they confirmed their booking. Samantha immediatly shouted at me stating that I can take this problem to who ever I want to because they will not be paying anything. This is highly unprofessional and a terrible experience. I will never want to use their company or speak any good of them. People like Samantha and Karen are poison in a work place and will bring the company down. </p>
