Vacation Ripoff

Approximately five years ago I attended one of Dream Vacation (which is what they were known as then) presentation on holiday or timeshare. I wasn't ready to spend that kind of money but completed the contract without a date, saying I would advise when I would be ready. They didn't wait and only after a year or so did I discover that the debit orders on my account were in fact Dream Vacation. I immediately called and asked why and they asked if I should come in. They put across all fancy enticements as well as an overseas trip for the points i accrued and added a few more points and still I insisted on my refund. Numerous emails have been sent and they still have not refunded my money. On the 12th of March, Karen Pillay advised that she is sending my details off to head office. This is after I requested my refund on several occasions. This organization is bad news. I do not believe they own any hotels or overbooked as they cannot accommodate their clients. I have not used any of their holidays nor do I even have a membership number.
