Refreshhh! 14 wheeler jumps red light - crashes

<p>Refreshhh! have not yet even contacted me about the accident on the 14th October when a 14 wheeler truck slammed into my Toyota Fortuner. We phoned head office in Johannesburg and were told we would be supp**** with a courtesy car, but nothing more has been done. I am now out of pocket in terms of some serious bucks and they just seem to have absconded all responsibility. Shocking!</p>
