A very Big up to Big Carlos and his team, after my Car was involved in an accident some years ago using MiWay insurance. One of the MiWay team referred and book my car with Reflex Panelbeaters and my car was fixed. Some weeks back my car was booked with one of the panelbeater at Lens with the worse service ever. I was treated unfairly, they kept postponing my booking , treating me like am even using *********** insurance which I must berg for their service. Breaking into tears in front of them, took out my phone check if I still have Relex Panelbeater which I still have. I called Refex and they adviced me to bring my car in, I drove to them and they just make one call to MiWay informing them about one of their client with a Car that need to be booked in and that's it. There were not judgemental and acted so professional on my case with so much hope on there faces. Thank you Big Carlos with your Team, am saying these from deep of my heart. Thank you
