Reflective store no support!!

Terrible company to deal with, made a mistake and forgot one number on my adres for shipping and tried to rectify the details when they shipped but absolutely no service at all!!! All they keep saying is that its not their problem and they wont help me. Please people dont deal with them, lost my package now as they not helping at all!!
