Unsatisfied with colour result

My sister's hair turned light orange and purple. She had the most beautiful blond and grey hair and wanted to spike it up with metallic silver. We had to wash it 7 times and purple was replaced with ash blond and orange lighter. Please test your product before putting it on self, not what you promised.
