Worst product ever!!!!!!

<p>I had the unfortunate experience of trying out the High Gloss range, this morning. I bought the Deep Plum and not only did my hair not come out the same colour as was on the box, but it didn't even have a slight tinge on "Plum", it came out a horrid Chestnut kind of colour. To top it off, after following strict instructions and washing it off properly, my hair was disgustingly oil at the roots and extremely dry at the ends. I have been using box dyes for the past 6 years, and this has by far been the worst product I have ever wasted my money on!!!!!!! Have to now spend more money on new dye AND take the time out to do it again! So furious!!!!!</p>
