They should research what a colour actually looks like.

What a sad excuse of a product. Bought the high gloss deep plum as a backup since I was planning on bleaching and doing at home purple with the powder and conditioner mix version of hair dye. Turned out I didnt need it because my hair came out awsome so it sat in my cupboard for three weeks until my purple washed out and I finally needed to dye it with actual hair dye...So I took the dye out of the cupboard and mixed the first bottle and poured it into my hair dye bowel, opened second box and discovered the developer has completely leaked out so here I am with one bottle of dye on medium to long hair but thought id dye the top half of my hair with this and the bottom part with my other purple dye since the color on the box showed a color similar (but darker) to my previous purple dye. app**** the dye to my hair and sat the time waiting for it to develop and then discovered burned brown coloured hair. I actually cried. Who in hell makes dye that states DEEP PLUM but it comes out brown. Now I gotta go through more chemical damage to fix this F.up. I took this dye because it said semi permanent with no ammonia and I was looking for something that would not damage my already bleach damaged hair. what an utter dissapointment. That product range should be banned!!!!!!!!!!!!!
