So disappointing!

I colored my hair with your 6.60 High Gloss Bold Cherry and truly unhappy! It made no difference. Wish I could attach the photo I took. This product does not work at all! I am so disappointed! Not even the gray hairs took with this product not even to mention a tint of red anywhere! When I tried to log a complaint on your website it said to try again later as it didn't want to submit.
