Shocking Results from hair colour!!!!

Good day,<br> <br> I bought Reflections High Gloss (Bold Cherry) from Dischem K90 Centre about 2 weeks ago. I coloured my hair on 1 November 2015 just to see afterwords that my hair came out brown instead of the colour it should've? I colour my hair red every month and this is the first time it has happened! Now to start the red process from scratch again. <br> <br> Please give some feedback as this is pretty pathetic!!!
