Reflections hair colour

I tried the metallic graphite hair colour on bleached hair. My hair was lightened out to almost white however when i put this color over my hair turned orange. I did take it back to the dischem store and complained to the manager that it dried my hair and turned a different colour he wasn't to happy to assist me and said that box dye isnt always what we see on the box because it isnt like im going to the salon. I was really disappointed
