inactive hair colour

Good day Thought I will just let you know.

I am 30 years old, that have been dying my own hair for more than 10 years. the past year I have used Reflections hair dye (blue black) and very happy with the product and the results. I bought the hair dye from Dischem on 26th March 2021 and yesterday when I coloured it ( the same way I have done it for many years) nothing happened to my disappointment. It was left exactly the same way before the dye.
