Unsatisfactory Service Delivery of Poker Table

As a client, one expects to be advised on the correct application for a product by the supplier. We are of the opinion that an incorrect fabric was supp**** for the card table in that it cannot be used for the purpose intended with the current felt application.<br> <br> The red suede/felt supp**** on both upholstery occasions, renders the card table useless as the dealt cards need a surface free of fabric obstruction.<br> <br> Numerous attempts have been made to have the situation remedied by the supplier and we hereby request a Refund on Invoice 243, 9 November 2015.
