USELESS!
This is the WORST ACCOUNT to have!!!!!!!! , This is really really unprofessional! Every single month without fail my payments do not reflect on my account I have to sent my proof of payments +3 times just so it can be found! I will go have a look on trans union if you have listed me as a slow payer if so we going to have a big problem! YOU GUYS ARE QUICK TO CALL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PAYMENTS BUT CANT EVEN ALLOCATE OUR PAYMENTS! this is ridiculous why would you give us an EFT option if its useless! this makes me look like a bad payer! and your consultants are of no help as well! YOU WILL ALLOCATE MY PAYMENTS TODAY AS YOU ARE ABLE TO CALL PEOPLE 7 AT NIGHT ,THERE ARE 2PAYMENTS THAT IS NOT REFLECTING.I AM NOT SENDING MY P.O.P's AGAIN
