Trading hours misleading

Refinery in Middelburg Mall. They write something on the doors do the opposite. On the 11th and 12th I on duty knock off at 18:00 and I wanted to buy something to my wife. On the 12th I have asked to be released early so that I make to the shop. I arrived at Refinery Mall at 16:50 the door was closed. I have searched for their contact number on google and phoned them. The lady picked up the phone, I have enquired about the trading hours. While we were busy talking the gentleman joined our conversation and said they close our doors 10 mins before our closing time. I would like to request that you change your trading hours on google and the even change it on the doors because it’s misleading and inconveniencing us as your customers.
