Terrible Service, Missing Items & No Communication

I ordered two bags and a pair of glasses on 25 November as a gift. Only the glasses were delivered. After being told there was a “warehouse issue,” I received no updates, no follow-up, and no help from Refinery.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been buying from Refinery for years, and I trusted their service. This time, I feel completely ignored, misled, and let down.

The gift is needed tomorrow, and I still don’t have the items I paid for. This is unacceptable. Refinery needs to refund me or deliver the missing products immediately but knowing them i doubt it will happen.

Would not recommend them AT ALL.
