Staff attitude and training esp language

Unbelievable attitude from Sandton city store staff. I was with my child and they decided to tune in a radio station with a singer rapping full of F and S and C words. Despite approaching one of the staff requesting this radio station to be either changed or volume dropped since a minor child in the house who never used to such low class vulgar language, barely there was a response.
