RUDE, UNPROFFESSIONAL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Gateway Store is the worse store, no customer service and store manager is useless, waited in the que for over 20min cause there is only 1 cashiers, staff is rude when you ask them for help (Philani) who also wanted to hit my daughter as she was complaining of the long wait, please pull camera footage of this incident as this is not acceptable, not even apologie from the store manager is black but an Indian lady who is not even the store manager saw the need to apologies and store manager is saying he is not allowed to logon tills to help what kind of bull**** is that after the Indian lady came by he then only logon to help and he couls not reprimand/ stop the sales consultant who wanted to hit my daughter
