Rude staff member by the name of Mellissa Molepo @greenstone Refinery

I was at Refinery greenstone and the staff was very friendly and helpful besides your cashier by the name of Mellisa Molepo who has an attitude, even when her colleagues came to assist because they realized that she was having an attitude towards me, she walked away mumbling. 1) she was not at the Till and her colleague called her by name, when she came to the till and I asked her if her name is Mellisa. her response was "why do you want to know"...my response was " I heard your colleague call you and I wanted to refer you by name "

I have 3 other issues that occurred and her colleagues stepped in. I want to make a formal complaint. I believe Fundu Mahlalaba is the the area manager. I would like her to contact me.
